Browse through our catalog pages -- when you see something you wish to order, simply indicate the quantity in the box and click "Add to Shopping Cart" under the item you wish to order. You will then be taken to a screen where you can change the quantity of the item, empty your cart, check-out, or return to shopping. As you continue to shop, the shopping cart will hold all the items you have selected, and when you are ready to "Check-Out", it will total and process your order. Just follow the instructions on each screen during the ordering process.

Orders to the 48 contiguous United States are shipped UPS Ground unless another method is specified, at an additional cost. At our discretion, some small items may be shipped via US Postal Service.
Shipping charges are based on the total amount of merchandise purchased. Please see chart below for the shipping charges that will be added to your order.
Note: Engines & Generators do not qualify for "free freight", although the system will not show a freight charge on the order form or the confirmation email. The actual charge will be added to your invoice. For an estimate of the shipping charge on an engine or generator, simply email us.

International Shipping: All shipments to locations other than the 48 contiguous United States will be charged the actual freight cost, determined by the weight and destination. Email us for an estimate.

When Ordering a Go-Kart: We do not charge the freight costs to your credit card when you order from us. These freight charges will be collected upon delivery by the freight company handling the shipment. Be advised that most freight carriers charge an extra $30 to $50 for residential deliveries. Therefore, in order to save you money, we suggest that you consider having your kart shipped to your business address, or picking it up at the carrier's terminal. Also note that our karts are already assembled when shipped to you, including the engine, throttle cable, wheels and brakes. However, you will be required to install the steering wheel, overhead cage, seat and seat belts. You will not require any special tools to do this. The engines are shipped without motor oil or gasoline, and you must add regular unleaded gas and motor oil before starting your kart. Please contact us if you need further information regarding go-kart orders, or assistance in completing the assembly.

Sales Tax: South Carolina residents add 6% state sales tax. The Shopping Cart will figure this for you automatically. For all other locations, no Sales Tax will be added to your order.

Confirmation Copy of your Order: If you wish to print out a copy of your order, use the print feature on your browser. However, an "Order Confirmation" will be immediately e-mailed to you and will include a detail copy of your order.

Please include your name and shipping address, the part numbers you wish to order with descriptions and quantity ordered of each. Include your credit card number, name on card and expiration date. We do not send fax acknowledgements, so please include your e-mail address and telephone number so that we may reach you concerning your order, or to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Back Orders
Most parts are normally in stock. For parts not available from the factory, we will hold this portion of your order and ship as soon as they become available.

Return Policy All returns must be authorized by BECO (Battery & Electric Co., Inc.) before they can be returned.- To obtain authorization, call: 864-242-6480, as "unauthorized" returns will be returned to sender at sender's expense.
- Merchandise must be in new condition, in the original packaging. Engines must be in new condition, unused, unmounted, never filled with oil or gas, with documentation intact.
- Electrical Parts are not returnable.
- Special order items are not returnable.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Shipping charges are never refundable.
- Refunds will be made by credit to your credit card.
