Order Forms:   Our site uses an order form for customers to purchase products. We collect contact information (e-mail addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, etc.), and financial information (credit card numbers). Contact information from the order forms is used to get in touch with the customer only when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used only to bill the user for products and/or services.
